Concrete floors
We have years of experience in building various concrete floors. We carry out construction of concrete floors for apartment buildings, public buildings, industrial and warehouse buildings and outdoor areas.
Together with our partners, we have developed solutions for apartment buildings, parking areas, and other kinds of floors. We construct more than 120,000 m2 of different types of floors per year.
If necessary, we also take part in the floor design process. We perform floor structure calculations, including the dimensioning of fiber-reinforced concrete or post-stressed floors for general contractors as well as directly for final customers or property managers.
In case of apartment buildings, if necessary, we perform flooring design and preparation work with the supply and installation of insulation materials. When concreting floors, we create either the final finish to be displayed or, for floors that will be covered up, a finish suitable for the type of covering.
