Our scope of work included both cast-in-situ concrete structures and the installation of precast concrete elements – providing a comprehensive structural framework service from a single contractor. The cast-in-situ works included approximately 1300 m³ of concrete for foundations, columns and walls, and about 2100 m² of cast-in-situ slabs, along with car ramps and inclined driveways.
The building’s framework consists predominantly of precast reinforced concrete elements. We installed nearly 1400 concrete and 70 steel elements. Construction on site began in mid-February 2025, and thanks to excellent cooperation with main contractor Tallinn Ehitustrust team, all works progressed in line with the pre-agreed schedule – almost to the day.
While we typically focus on industrial and infrastructure projects, as well as office and public building frameworks, we are always open to delivering other types of building construction projects as a turnkey solution. On this site, access to larger working fronts and well-planned delivery routes for elements and lifting equipment were critical for smooth execution. The Ehitustrust Tallinn

The new Amserv centre in Peetri is scheduled for completion in summer 2026 and has a gross floor area of approximately 12,000 m². The building will include a new car showroom, service and parts warehouse, and a multi-level parking structure. It is designed to meet A-class energy standards, with a targeted LEED GOLD certification.
From a technical standpoint, the key challenges included the coordination of different construction phases – cast-in-situ foundations, precast columns and walls, and both cast-in-situ and precast slabs. In addition, careful logistical planning was required to integrate the various building functions – showroom, technical rooms and parking – in a way that allowed the main contractor to prepare fronts for the next trades on time.
