This year’s seminar took place at Villa Dombrovka in Karepa, Lääne-Virumaa. Led by strategist Indrek Saul and change management coach Hede Kerstin Luik, the two-day workshop focused on adapting to uncertain conditions: when scopes change, work fronts delay, yet deadlines and contractual obligations remain – or even accelerate.
