Maru Betoonitööd has celebrated its annual family day with employees and their families at the start of each school year since the company’s founding. This year was no different – we continued our tradition with a delightful family day at the Tallinn TV Tower.
Some of the children who participated in our early family days are now growing into young adults, but family days remain an important event, offering a chance for shared activities with both younger and older family members. A special part of the family day is the annual tradition of wishing our employees’ children a great start to school, especially those beginning first grade, along with a small gift to mark the occasion.
This year, our family day took us to the Tallinn TV Tower, where there were activities for everyone. The youngest children enjoyed Lego workshops and fun challenges, while the older and braver ones had the opportunity to try the thrilling walk along the edge of the tower at 175 meters above the ground. After a shared lunch, the fun continued outdoors, where the kids could play with bubbles, ending the day with smiles all around.
Family days have always been a great way for us to combine pleasure with purpose – to appreciate togetherness and create cherished memories for the entire family.
