We are pleased to announce that the Maru Betoonitööd OÜ team is nearing the completion of the structural framework works for MDSC Systems OÜ’s new production building, which began last autumn. The main designer was Norte AS, and our engineers and technicians also contributed to the design of the structural part. During the works, approximately 500 m3 of cast-in-situ concrete has been constructed, about 4000 m2 of wall formwork and 66 tons of reinforcement steel installed, along with around 500 steel and concrete elements.
MDSC Systems OÜ’s new office and production building is located in the Raku Business Park in Tallinn, developed by Maru AS. The total building area is approximately 7800 m², with the office complex covering 1500 m². The building is scheduled for completion in July 2025.
We wish strength to other Maru Group companies – Maru Ehitus AS and Maru THM OÜ – in continuing the construction works. Soon, we will also begin the construction of approximately 6800 m² of concrete floors.
