The second phase of the Väritehtaankatu 8 project where a new modern additional building of approximately 4,000 square meters will be added to the office building completed in 2018. A total of 8 floors will be erected, 1 underground, 7 above ground, the building will have a medical center and in addition, there will be office, trade and restaurant premises.
