Maru Betoonitööd is set to construct two large apartment buildings in the coming years. Early 2021 will see the completion of the fourth apartment building making up Kiikri Residents at Tuukri 25 near Kadriorg Park. Here Maru Betoonitööd will be constructing the monolithic concrete floor of the car park and assembling the reinforced concrete elements for the five storeys of the building above ground level.
Monolithic concreting work is also to be carried out and reinforced concrete elements assembled in Helsinki for the construction of the Jätkasaari Potkuri apartment building. During construction of this modern six-storey complex, 918 m3 of concrete is to be poured and a total of 2543 elements installed. Concreting work will continue until summer 2020.
